An applicant will receive the number of the permission granted by aviation authorities of the Russian Federation, the information about t which stage is his application handling at, the reason for refusal (if any), the list of additional documents (or information files) necessary to get a permission:

• Incorporation of your flight in the daily flight plan when your permission is granted
• Getting approval for your flight from the Russian authorities at all levels
• Making (if necessary) alterations in the dates and destinations of your flights including urgent and superurgent alterations
• Interaction with Russian air authorities divisions, airports, leading group, etc.
• Providing other services (weather forecast, route, itinerary, etc.)
• Providing different consulting and advisory services

An applicant can be given both recommendations obligatory to follow and pieces of advice and propositions on demand.

Usually it concerns:

• Drafting a suitable application for the flight to the airports of the Russian Federation which are not international
• Regulations concerning flight permission application
• Flight routes
• Working schedule of the airports, if it accepts an aircraft of a particular type, air routes and entering and leaving points in and out of the airspace of the Russian Federation
• and many other things
